Yoga 101 is a 10-week rolling curriculum designed for beginners and those looking to restart their yoga practice. Each week, we’ll focus on a different posture or group of postures, gradually building strength, flexibility, and stamina as you progress. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after some time away, this class offers a supportive and welcoming environment to explore foundational poses, develop proper alignment, and connect with your body. Join us to cultivate balance, confidence, and mindfulness on the mat. All levels are welcome!
