If you're feeling worn out and drained, this is just what you need. These 50-minute, in-person sessions are all about prioritizing your well-being, helping you release tension and truly rest. Each session is a personalized mix of Reiki, Restorative Yoga, traditional Chinese medicine, and somatic sound healing (with metal singing bowls played on or around your body). It's all designed to encourage deep relaxation in your body, mind, and heart. When we let go, we create space for deep rest.


Weekly Office Hours:

$100/50-minute session

Thursdays, 6-8pm

Sundays, 10am-1pm

Is this offering for me?

Life is stressful. We are so accustomed to living fast-paced, busy lives. We take care of our families, run errands, go to meetings, and check things off our to-do list. But when do we find time for rest and relaxation? When do we give ourselves the chance to recover and restore? Allow me to make space for your well-being.

If you feel like you’ve strayed away from the best version of yourself, this offering is for you. These sessions provide a space that prioritizes your well-being and are designed to promote balance through release, relaxation, and rest. When you take the time to rest, you can be at your best.

What does each session include?

Each session is a blend of Reiki, Restorative Yoga, and somatic sound healing (metal singing bowls played on or around the body) and is personalized to support your needs. A pre-session questionnaire is sent to you to fill out before your appointment date. This questionnaire is the first step in the creation of your own personalized session. It includes choosing a hands-on or hands-off session. When you arrive, we start with a check-in and a review of your questionnaire, and then we go straight into your session.

Sessions are in-person in South San Francisco, CA. I will provide the exact address after your session is confirmed.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for reducing stress, relaxing, and promoting healing. “Rei” refers to universal spiritual wisdom and “Ki” refers to life force energy. When a person has low life force energy, they are more susceptible to sickness or stress. A practitioner administers Reiki by laying hands on a person (both hands-on and hands-off options are available) and channeling energy to them. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. It creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

What is somatic sound healing?

Sound Healing combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our well-being. These sounds come together to create a beautiful and awakening experience in the body, mind, soul, and spirit. Sound Healing is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress while helping to balance our whole being. Singing bowls are played on or near the body to promote release and relaxation.

What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative yoga is a mindful practice that prioritizes slowness, quietness, and stillness to encourage release and rest. This mindful practice involves using props to support your body in a comfortable pose for an extended time. Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which signals our bodies to relax, rest, and process. This practice releases body tension and encourages deep rest.

What do I wear? What do I bring?

These sessions are clothes on and shoes off. Wear clothing that feels comfortable and non-restricting when lying down. Socks can be worn during the session for warmth. During the session, you will also be covered by a blanket. I can provide additional blankets for coverage and warmth if desired. I recommend bringing water to keep hydrated.
