Come join us in the beautiful energy of the Shelldance Orchid Gardens for Yoga and Sound Healing! This practice begins with movement and stretching to prepare the body for stillness. Then, singing bowls will be played on the body, and finally, the practice will end with a meditation. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please bring layers and any desired yoga props that will help make your practice comfortable. The garden temperature becomes cooler in the evening.
