This Restorative Yoga and sound healing practice is designed to provide space for you to unwind, slow down, relax, and rest. In Restorative Yoga, poses are made comfortable with the support of props and held for long periods of time to allow for relaxation of your mind and body. Live singing bowls accompany this practice and are also played on the body to further promote your emotional and physical well-being. This class starts with centering then gentle stretching and incorporates mindfulness techniques into each restorative pose. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow to use during your practice.
