In a world of hyper-production and over-stimulation, a practice of rest is an essential part of being resilient. This Restorative Yoga class is specially designed to provide space for you to slow down, relax, rest, and replenish yourself. In Restorative Yoga, poses are made comfortable with the support of props and held for long periods of time to allow for relaxation of your mind and body. The class starts with centering then gentle stretching and incorporates mindfulness techniques into each restorative pose. No prior yoga experience is necessary. You are encouraged to bring an eye covering and cozy socks for extra comfort.
